Program Manager, Makati City in Makati City, National Capital Region

Responsibilities:
Plan the delivery of the overall program and related projects in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
Develop a program delivery framework for successful delivery of program and associated projects
Work with executive team to develop metrics for evaluating program success
Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program
Liaise with other teams to ensure the effective and efficient program/project delivery
Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure that the program and all projects within the program operates within the approved budget
Draft proposed budgets for the program and obtain approval for budgets
Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to the Solution Center Director on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
Approve time sheets for members contributing to project team(s) under program delivery control
Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program/project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct an annual evaluations according to the program evaluation framework
Report evaluation findings to the Executive level management/ Steering Committee and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate.
Provide support in generating new business opportunities and responding to RFIs and RFPs including reviewing solution plans and contracts for the Manila Center.
Provide leadership and coordinate all efforts to support client Solution Delivery obligations.
Maintain a positive rapport and a good working knowledge of each client in the program.
Delegate and coordinate duties of all staff supervised.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years working as a program manager or related experience managing complex projects for a global company within the utilities industry is preferred; strong knowledge and ability to develop programs, including policy and procedure drafting, and assisting in the development, delivery, and project management of CIS systems and/or related systems in the meter to cash arena is preferred. Prior experience with Oracle CC&B, SAP ISU CCS or the Customer/1 CIS application is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
