Responsibilities:
-Perform market analysis and create plans for business development
-Set prices and offers to compromise with market demand
-Identify and encourage potential clients to partner with company services
-Prepare and compare annual sales and expense forecast
-Overseer in daily business operations in different offices in Manila
-Maintain employee relations and perform performance appraisal
Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 5-year experience in sales, marketing, and business development preferable from the same industry
-Business minded Male/Female 38 years old and above
-Must have excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
-Strong managerial experience in the same or related industry
-No restrictions from travelling locally and abroad
-Open to work in Makati and can start ASAP
