Job: Project Manager (Technical Services), Makati City in Makati City, National Capital Region
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture; Board Passer is a plus
Must have at least 5 years experience in similar field/capacity
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
Hospitality-oriented personality, exceptional coolness and standards for guest service and appearanceHighly developed sense of urgency and reliability
General knowledge on Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary Technicalities
Knowledge of the Philippine Building Code
Knowledge of securing permits and licenses related to construction and utilities
The ability to analyze and translate ideas and problems into engineering principles
Role:
A. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Perform site surveys, documentation of the scope of work required for each project
Reviews plans submitted by designers/architects and recommends necessary changes as aligned to Project Pie standards.
Facilitates the bidding process to all contractors
Give recommendations on awarding of projects based on quality, cost and time standards
In charge of monitoring and reporting to management, the progress of ongoing Construction projects
Coordination with Admin Department the needed legal permits and licenses prior to start of construction, to ensure smooth execution of Project plan
B. BUILDING, EQUIPMENT, AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Conceptualizes and recommends new practices to enhance the maintenance plan in order to improve overall efficiency of equipment/facilities and over-all store operations.
Responds to critical and immediate maintenance concerns and taps needed personnel.
Monitors compliance to all regulatory requirements of workforce under supervision.
