Executive Assistant- Urgent Hiring!, Makati City in Makati City, National Capital Region

Compose correspondence and prepare presentations
- Serve as the primary contact for request of information
- Manage agendas before meetings with direct reports/general meetings; Take and publish meeting minutes. Be proactive in follow-up action items
- Maintain Presidents calendar: schedule meetings with appropriate individuals as required, and other general calendar management. Ensure advance preparation is complete for all upcoming meetings, conferences & events.
Job Requirement:
Female, 21 yrs old and obove
Knowledge in accouting is a plus
