Area Supervisor (Management Jobs), Makati City|Legaspi Village in Makati City, National Capital Region

Management

A. Revenue
1. Monthly review of the Retailer Account Plans for key retailers.
2. Ensure Retailer agreement renewals are planned on time and discussed with the Field Manager.
3. Provide timely and reliable proposals to the Field Manager on new retailer initiatives.
4. Where appropriate, assist the Field Manager in the selling and negotiating of agreements to new and existing retail partners.
5. Establish, develop and maintain profitable relationships with high-level retailer contacts.
B. Data Quality
8. Fully responsible for data quality & timely delivery of data from organized retailers.
9. Ensure full knowledge of GfK retail audit methodologies and definitions, fully understand and apply the data control procedures and techniques, as documented by the GfK Asia Research department, ensure consistent data output and thoroughly understand the product manual.
10. Responsible for highlighting coding errors to the respective Field Manager to enable corrections to be made to maintain high level of data accuracy.
11. Communicate with the Field Manager if data quality becomes difficult to maintain as a result of panel instability, coding errors or any other factor, so that immediate corrective actions can be taken.
12. Whenever needed, propose and discuss possible recruitment methods through existing commercial experiences.
13. Maintain a positive working relationship with the other Client Service and Field personnel at all times.
14. Recruit organized retailerswho are important to the panel quality
C. Retail Servicing
15. Contact and meet with existing and potential retailers and correctly represent the Company by clearly explaining who we are and what we do, conducting her or himself in a dignified and courteous manner and presenting a neat and professional appearance.
16. Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with retailer contacts at all levels at all times.
17. Maintain a consistent servicing schedule with all retailer partners and ensure all materials used for the service are thoroughly checked and accurate.
18. Document all requests and comments made by retailer partners to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions.
19. Ensure that the appropriate level of service and support is provided to maximise retailer partner retention in GfK panel and contract renewals.
20. Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to the retailer servicing function such as new methods of analysis or service techniques.
21. Co-ordinate with other Client Service or Retail Service personnel on specific presentations where his or her specific expertise is required.
22. Maintain up to date market knowledge or retail scene and ORG retailers’ development
D. Sales and Marketing
23. Identify potential market movements to product sales and marketing and discuss possible strategies with the Field Manager. Attend product seminars and / or product launches where possible.
24. Identify new product categories to audit and other profitable new business opportunities by keeping up to date on industry activities and engaging in discussions with retailers.
25. Other task assigned by the Field Manager.
