HIRING ASSOCIATE LAWYERS (2), Makati in Makati City, National Capital Region

Description:
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
1. Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines;
2. At least 1-2 years experience in Litigation;
3. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4. Determined, aggressive and analytical;
5. Can work with minimal supervision; and,
6. Willing to work in Makati City.
The successful applicants shall be expected to perform the following:
-Draft pleadings and attend hearings in court and other tribunals;
-Review and revise contracts, negotiate with counterparties and conduct due diligence review;
-Prepare legal memoranda, perform legal research, and attend meetings/conferences with clients;
-Other legal work that may be assigned by the supervising lawyers.
