Job: Client Satisfaction Rep - General Account (GHSJMA), Makati City|Salcedo Village in Makati City, National Capital Region

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must be at least a High School graduate.
• Must be at least 18-60 years old.
• Call Center experience is NOT required.
• Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English over the phone to international clients.
• Must be computer literate and type at least 20 wpm
• Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
WE HAVE MANY RAMPS INCLUDING DAYSHIFT, NIGHT SHIFT, CHAT SUPPORT, INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL ACCOUNTS.
