Seeking: Service Desktop Engineer/Windows Desktop Support, Makati City in Makati City, National Capital Region

Job Description: Technical Support Provide technical support; windows desktop, email client, messaging and 3rd party banking and messaging applications. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all supported clients. Take ownership of client problems in a proactive manner. Respond and own until resolution of hardware or software problems Escalate more complex issues to relevant IT team members Arrange for vendor or external support when problem cannot be resolved in house. Ensure that all incidents are logged properly for reference purposes Provide First Level Technical support & System Account Administration for the following technologies (not a complete list but describes the core technologies handled by the IT Team) Active Directory MS Lync File and Print services MS SharePoint MS Exchange Desktop and Mobile devices Operating Systems (Win7, Mac OS, IOS, Android, Linux) MS Office Applications Email Clients (MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Webmail) 3rd party Banking Applications Network Monitoring System events VoIP PC/Laptop Hardware Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent industry training and experience Minimum 1 year Desktop Support Experience Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule Ability to work under pressure Positive and confident attitude towards change Motivated to learn and proactive Team player Effective English communication skills Willing to work in Makati City
