Interested applicant must be 21-65 years old, employed or a business owner, and must have hold an active credit card for at least 9 months with at least P10,000 credit limit. A Philippine Resident (Filipino or Foreign National).
Documentary Requirements: (Applies to All Card type)
2 valid IDs front and back copy with 3 specimen signatures.
1 mo. latest SOA or front face of your existing credit card (at least 9 months old credit card)
Add: ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) for Foreign National applicant.
