QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): highly analytical, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, Skills in presentation is an advantage, MS Office.
Minimum work experience of 1 year in Real Estate Industry or related to project development
Ability to work with any type of environment
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Details:
Assist in preparation of market, feasibility and financial studies.
Coordination with various units of the company for planning process for Payment Terms, Bank Financing, Marketing and Sales Promotions.
Preparation and monitoring of project budget.
Preparation of presentations, reports and updates for upper management.
Coordination with construction team with technical information and specifications.
Other related tasks needed for business development.
