Tourist Visa Extension
Foreign Nationals is given 21 days to stay in Philippines as tourist upon arrival. If you want stay here longer you need to extend your tourist visa. The cost is all depends on how long you want extend it for. For more than 59 days of extension you can then get the ACR-I card or Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card. This card is valid for one year. ACR-I card is required to foreign nationals who will travel from Philippines to other country and don't have a returning ticket yet to their country of origin
AEP:
This is the document given by our Department Of Labor and Employment to all foreigners authorizing them to work in the Philippines. This is a prerequisite of work and employment visas.
Applicants/Clients: All foreign nationals who intend to engage in gainful employment in the Philippines and; Any domestic or foreign employer who desires to engage an alien for employment in the Philippines.
Validity Period of Permit: One (1) year unless the employment contract, consultancy services, or other modes of engagement provides otherwise, which in no case shall exceed five (5) years. The AEP may be renewed upon compliance with the requirements.
9G / Working Visa
Foreign nationals are required to get a working visa for them to work here in the Philippines. Obtaining a working visa can be frustrating, tiring to those unknowing. You can apply for 1 year or 3 years depends on how long your contract to work here for.
The 9g visa for the Philippines is the Pre-Arranged Employee Visa, essentially a work visa for foreign nationals working in the Philippines. Under the 9g visa the foreign national would be considered working and non-immigrant status.

SEC, Business Permit and Mayor's Permit:
Immediately after you have received your Certificate of Incorporation or License to operate as a Philippines Branch Office or Representative Office from the Philippines SEC the business needs to register with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, obtain Barangay Clearance and Mayor's permit.
