Accounting & Finance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage, supervise and oversee the work of the four (4) Finance Department Staff
 Manage overall Finance and Accounting activities by ensuring all entries in A/P, A/R, G/L are accurate and entered in a timely manner
 Review all documentations processing of accounting transactions of all branches
 Knowledgeable on general journals, ledgers and subsidiary ledgers in an Accounting Computerized System
 Coordinate with the external auditor/accounting firm the government compliance particularly the BIR reports
 Prepare financial statement reports (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement) on a monthly and yearly basis
 Prepare financial management reports (Projections, Breakeven Analysis, Costing Analysis and other Financial Management Strategies, Aged Payables and Receivables Report)
 Assist the President of Finance and Administration for any management decisions pertaining to Finance and Accounting
 Review and monitor the operational efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls system and make recommendations if weaknesses are observed. Use KPI to monitor staff and department efficiency.
 Review all documentations of transactions before processing for allocation
 Review all documents or contracts before the CFO’s approval
REQUIREMENTS:
 Certified Public Accountant
 Female
 not more than 40 years old.
 5-year experience specializing in Finance, Corporate and PUBLIC Accounting, preferably as Supervisor/Manager/Assistant Manager
 Self-starter, goal oriented and organized
 Strong leadership and role model qualities
 Team player and able to work with all faculty and management staff
 Knowledgeable in MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP and Peachtree Accounting System
 Monthly General Ledger maintenance and Account Reconciliation management skills in a computerized Accounting System
 Exceptional Excel skills using functions such as V-look up, Pivotables, and IF Functions
 Ability to work on a deadline driven environment
