Job: Project Manager, Makati City in Makati City, National Capital Region

Primary responsibilities: •Plan, recommend and execute general strategy of programs and projects.•Provide technical direction for development, design and systems integration.•Has the ability to schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish the desired results.•Ensurethat projects are on track and has the ability to foresee the entire project as a whole at all times.•Review work involved and follows the project through testing and production deployment phases.•Ensure that technical procedures, documentations and standard policies are put in place and are reviewed on a regular basis.•Perform Problem Management to resolve flaws in process, people or technology.•Make sound decisions on which solutions to implement when technical problems arise.•Monitor and manage all the functions assigned to the team insuring service level targets are met.•Provide timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.•Act as a Technical Manager and provide technical training and coaching to team members.•Acquire understanding or industry standards, and technologies integrated in the projects.•Stay current in the latest IT technologies in the field of operating systems, servers, storage, virtualization, and ifications:•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Management Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science and other equivalent fields of study.•At least 2 years project management experience (project integration / scope / time / cost / quality / human resource / communications / risk / procurement / management)•With experience working in formal project management practice.•Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented.•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.•Excellent cross-functional coordination skills.
