IT Consulting Jobs: Service Desk Analyst, Makati city in Makati City, National Capital Region

Overall Responsibility:
- Provide professional end:user support via telephone, email, or webchat
- Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end:user problems
- Responds to end:user problems based on standard procedures
- Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Desktops/Laptops : Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Ability to resolve Windows Operating System Errors
- Experience with Remote Support Tools, I.E., NetMeeting, Remote Assistance and MS Communicator
-Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Software Application, server, systems, infrastructure support
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer) or any IT:related courses.
- 1 yr. to 2 yrs. solid technical support : desktop/laptop/network
- Troubleshooting capability
- Familiarity with Ticketing System is a plus
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Ability to communicate technical information to non:technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent English Verbal and Written Communication Skills : professional proficiency in using the English language is required for this position
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
